Quote API for AI agents
Black Diamond Limo & Party Bus prices one limo or party bus trip per call: the same price our website gives for the same trip. The API only quotes. Nothing is booked, held or reserved, and no one is contacted. The customer books on our website.

What a price means
Every price comes with priceHeld: false and vehicleReserved: false, the time it was calculated,
and a bookUrl: our booking page with the trip filled in. Opening it does not submit anything; the
customer checks the trip, gets the website’s price and books there. Please tell the customer:
“Confirm the price and availability on our website.”
The answer also says what is due to book (a deposit, or the full price for trips priced less than $750 or soon), the card fee, when the balance is due, and our booking and cancellation policies.
When a December or April evening minimum price applies, the answer adds notes: the rule in one
sentence and, in December, the same trip’s cheaper times on the same date (for example “Move your
trip and save $550: 5:15 to 7:15 PM or 7:45 to 9:45 PM.”). When the full price is due to book, notes
adds the rule: “Trips priced less than $750, and trips within 3 days (10 days in April, May and December),
are paid in full at booking.” Other answers have no notes.
Access and limits
No key is needed for up to 10 price checks a day from one network address (60 a minute at most).
A partner key gives 10 a minute and 200 a day across all of the partner’s keys. To ask for one, email
info@okclimopartybus.com with your company and how you will use it. Send the key as
Authorization: Bearer <key> from your server; never put it in a URL or in browser code.
With a partner key you may add customerReference, your own opaque id for the person you are
quoting for (never a name, phone number or email). One customer gets 3 price checks a minute and 10
a day.
All callers together get 60 a minute, 1,000 a day and 30,000 a month. Every call is counted,
refusals included. Over a limit the answer is 429 with a Retry-After header in seconds.

Times are read in Oklahoma City time (America/Chicago). Anything else in the body (names, phone numbers, emails, prices, discount codes, several trips) is refused.
Refusals
A trip we cannot price online gets 422 with refusal.code, a reason and a next step:

Other answers: 400 an invalid request, 401 an invalid key, 403 a blocked key or address, 413 a
body over 8 KiB, 503 the API closed or unavailable for a moment.
