Contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss any modifications. The pickup time and location cannot be changed inside of 24 hours of your scheduled reservation time.

  • What if my event runs longer than planned?  If your event extends beyond the originally scheduled time, please inform your chauffeur as soon as possible. Additional time may be accommodated, subject to availability and extra charges.

  • How should I tip the chauffeur?  A base gratuity of approximately 10% is included in the rental fee. While tipping is discretionary, it’s customary to tip an additional 5-10% of the total rental cost at the time of the service as a token of appreciation for excellent service.

  • What happens in case of a breakdown or emergency?  In the rare event of a breakdown or emergency, your safety is our top priority. Our vehicles undergo regular maintenance checks, and our drivers are equipped to handle unforeseen circumstances. We have a 24/7 customer service hotline to assist you in case of emergencies. In the event of a breakdown or other unforeseen emergency, we will send an alternative vehicle of equal or greater capacity to assist with the rest of the service. Any time lost will be made up on the back end of the service if necessary. Monetary refunds for lost time or activities will not be granted.

  • How do I contact my chauffeur on the day of the event?  On the day of your service your chauffeur will contact you directly to confirm the pickup location and any pertinent details. Please ensure we have the most relevant phone number for the contact person for the service.

  • Is there a cleaning fee if the vehicle gets dirty during our rental?  A cleaning fee may be applied if the vehicle requires excessive cleaning due to spills, stains, or damages caused by passengers. We encourage all passengers to treat the vehicle with respect and cleanliness. There is an automatic $300 cleanup fee for vomit and other excessive messes necessary due to the downtime the vehicle is out of operation for thorough cleaning.
