Getting ready
Confirm your details
Double-check your date, times, pickup and drop-off, and any special requests on your booking page.
Plan your day
Tell your group the pickup time and place so everyone is ready on time.
Your driver
A few hours before pickup, your driver texts or calls to confirm the address and head count.
What to bring
- Alcohol is not provided. Guests 21 and older may bring their own, with a photo ID.
- Coolers are welcome; please bring your own ice.
- Non-alcoholic drinks are welcome for all ages.
- Food is welcome; please help us keep the vehicle clean.
- Feel free to bring your own music playlists.
- Balloons and streamers are allowed. Please remove them at the end of your trip to avoid a cleanup fee.
Strictly prohibited
- Alcohol for anyone under 21.
- Glitter, confetti, silly string, glow sticks, and anything that adheres to the vehicle.
If the vehicle needs extra cleaning because of vomit or a big mess, there is a $300 cleanup fee.
On board
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed in our vehicles.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Your driver may refuse to carry an unruly passenger.
The day of your trip
- Trips run rain or shine.
- During stops, your booked time continues and your driver stays with the vehicle.
For your occasion
Prom and school dances
Alcohol is not permitted on prom or school dance trips, and your driver may check IDs. Parents are welcome to see our vehicles before prom; please call us to set a time.
Weddings
Allow extra time in your schedule for photos.
Bachelor and bachelorette parties
Please bring a photo ID for everyone drinking. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited.
Kids' birthday parties
An adult must ride along. Child car seats can be used in our limousines only, not in our buses.
Concerts and sporting events
Choose a meeting point near the venue for your ride home; traffic after the event can delay pickup.
Good to know
Can I make changes to my reservation?
A new date or time needs our approval and has a fee: 10% of your trip price more than 14 days before your trip, 25% after that. Within 72 hours of your trip (10 days in April, May and December), changes are usually not possible. Read our Booking and Cancellation Policies.
What if my event runs longer than planned?
Before your trip, reply to one of our texts or use your booking page to ask for more time. Added time and overtime are billed at your booked hourly rate, in 15-minute steps, with a 5-minute grace on overtime. Read our Booking and Cancellation Policies.
How should I tip the chauffeur?
Driver gratuity is not included in your price. You can add a tip at checkout with no card fee, or tip after your trip from your driver's QR code. Read our Booking and Cancellation Policies.
What if the vehicle breaks down?
We send a replacement vehicle the same size or bigger. On your trip day, call (405) 550-4062.
